Troy Waugh, CPA, MBA

Chief Executive Office

An innovator of dynamic marketing systems, Troy has more than 30 years of experience in marketing professional services. In 1991, he founded Waugh&CO to service the accounting profession. Troy draws on his former experience as the national sales manager for a major investment firm, the CEO of a publishing company and a manager with Price Waterhouse. Recognized as an industry leader, Troy has impacted clients around the world with his dynamic programs.

Patrick Pruett

President

Patrick and the rest of the Rainmaker Alliances team are 'matchmakers for accounting firms' working to connect members around the world to high quality resources that they can leverage to better compete, grow, and become more profitable. "Our job is to ensure that all members receive a high rate of return on their investment in the association". Patrick is focused on growing membership, delivering practice management solutions, and creating a member focused platform that delivers results.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (BA) and also holds an MBA from Massey University in New Zealand. He has a passion for family time with his wife Michelle and their two children (Liam and Kate) as well as reading, writing, most kinds of sport, back porch grilling, and getting connected to the world through travel.

Adelaide Ness

International Director

As the International Director of Enterprise Worldwide, Adelaide is committed to growing the association's membership, seeking out like-minded CA/CPA firms in every corner of the world. Adelaide is also responsible for coordinating member-to-member referrals across the globe as well as finding solutions to questions posed by members, particularly those of an international nature. As the first point of contact for all firms outside of the United States, Adelaide is committed to helping EW firms grow and providing them with the necessary resources to do so.

Adelaide is a bilingual and bicultural citizen of the United States and France. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in French, Spanish and Communications and has a Master of Arts in Global Communications from the American University of Paris. Adelaide and her husband, Matthew, recently relocated from Paris, France to Boston, Massachusetts, with their daughter Eleonore and their miniature dachshund, Napoleon. Adelaide is an avid runner and Bikram yoga enthusiast, with an appreciation for good books, great food, distant travel and fantastic family and friends.

Glenn Hunter

Director of Member Development

Glenn focuses on connecting accountants to resources and other professionals to get the most benefit from their membership in their specific associations. His responsibilities include producing content and leveraging relationships that directly improves members' performance. Glenn has been published several times in various state societies' newsletters and accounting industry periodicals. Also, Glenn develops relationships with future members to contribute to the growth of each association.

Glenn holds a BA in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Glenn sits on the Board of the United Neighborhood Health Services which is a local non-profit organization operating eighteen health care centers in the Nashville area. He also teaches business, economics and ethics courses at a local Nashville college. For fun, Glenn chases his four children to assorted sporting events and runs very slowly in 5K and 10K races around Nashville.

Joe Fleenor

Conference Director

Joe serves the RAM members by planning and executing their educational conferences to promote member relationships, business referrals and personal growth. He works directly with member planning committees to ensure high-level and leading-edge content for all RAM events. In addition, Joe helps promote the association to prospective members and communicate association happenings to current members.

Joe is a graduate of the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and is an avid tennis player and triathlete. Joe lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife (Catherine), dog (Callie) and one-eyed-cat (Uno). He is a board member and volunteer with the Middle Tennessee Tennis Association, Brentwood Endurance Athletic Team and the Nashville Sports Council.

Carolyn Davis

Member Services & Conference Coordinator

As Member Services Coordinator, Carolyn works to ensure that every RAM member has what they need to be a successful, participative member. She assists members in any needs ranging from website updates to sending conference CPE certificates. Carolyn coordinates email marketing, assists new members and offers administrative support to the RAM team.

Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and loves to head out on the road traveling with friends. Carolyn lives in Franklin, Tennessee with two of her best friends and hound dog (Go VOLS!), Layla. She is an active member of the Delta Zeta Greater Nashville area alumnae group and enjoys participating in various events in the community.

Bob Fitts

Controller

Bob works as the controller for The Rainmaker Academy, The Rainmaker Alliances and Enterprise Worldwide and The Rainmaker Consulting Group. His experience comes from working thirty years in operations with the securities and stocks business and three years in property management accounting. He manages the day-to-day accounts receivable, accounts payable and oversees the payroll process for all three divisions of Five Star³.

Bob also handles client billing and employee expenses.

Bob is a graduate from The University of Tennessee School of Business. If he's not on the golf course, you can find him at University of Tennessee football games or Tennessee Titans games.
